Conference amnesia is real. You meet 40 people, collect 40 cards, and remember 4. The rest become blurry faces with no context. MMEETT replaces business card hoarding with an AI memory system that preserves every interaction in searchable form.
Step 1: Tap to Exchange + Capture
All processing is powered by GPT-4.1 running on MMEETT’s distributed edge infrastructure.
Instead of handing over paper, tap MMEETT to the other person's phone. Their contact details are saved automatically — and recording begins at the same time. The card tags the session with:
- Contact name and company (from the NFC exchange)
- Time and date (from the card's real-time clock)
- GPS location (from your phone)
- Transcript of the conversation
Step 2: Review AI-Generated Memory Cards
At the end of each day, open the MMEETT companion app. You will see a grid of "Memory Cards" — one per person. Each card shows:
- Profile photo (if shared)
- Company and role
- One-line AI summary: "Discussed blockchain for supply chain; follow up Tuesday."
- Follow-up suggestions with pre-drafted emails
Step 3: Automated Follow-Ups
Select any Memory Card and tap "Generate Follow-Up." Claude Sonnet 4 drafts an email referencing specific conversation details. The email is personalized, timely, and impossible to confuse with a generic template.
Step 4: Long-Term Memory Search
Six months later, you need to find "that person who worked on IoT sensors at CES." Search "IoT sensors CES" in the MMEETT app. Every matching transcript, contact, and memory card appears instantly. No spreadsheet. No CRM clutter. Just context.
