Activate Your MMEETT Card: Pair, Verify, Go

Everything you need to get your MMEETT NFC business card working — fast.

Before You Begin

Make sure you've downloaded MMEETT PRO from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android). Keep your MMEETT card handy — you'll need it in Step 3.

Step 1 — Open the App and Tap Your Card

Launch MMEETT PRO and navigate to the card settings screen. Place your MMEETT card flat against the back of your phone:

  • iPhone: Hold the card near the top of the phone (above the camera), flat against the back surface.
  • Android: Position the card in the center of the back panel or refer to your phone's NFC antenna location in its manual.

Hold for 2–3 seconds without moving the card. The app will vibrate and display a "Card Connected" confirmation when pairing is successful.

Step 2 — Build Your Profile

After pairing, the app prompts you to complete your profile. Add the following to maximize the value of every tap:

  • Professional photo — A clear headshot builds trust and improves contact save rates.
  • Name and title — Use your full name and current professional title.
  • Contact information — Phone, email, and a secondary contact field.
  • Social links — LinkedIn is most important; add Instagram, Twitter/X, or a personal website if relevant.
  • Voice introduction — Record up to 60 seconds. Introduce yourself and give one compelling reason to connect.

Every field is optional, but profiles with a photo and voice intro convert significantly better at events.

Step 3 — Test Your Card

Once your profile is saved, test the card by tapping it against your own phone again. You should see your digital profile open in the browser — this is exactly what your contacts will experience.

Pro tip: Ask a colleague to tap your card and confirm they can save your contact. This takes 10 seconds and gives you confidence before your next event.

Step 4 — Go to Your First Event

You're ready. Carry your MMEETT card in your wallet or pocket — it fits alongside your standard cards. When you meet someone, simply hand them your card and say: "Tap this to save my contact."

1 How do I know my MMEETT card is activated?
After pairing, open the MMEETT PRO app and look for the green 'Connected' badge on your card. Tapping your card against your phone will also trigger the app if it's open.
2 Can I activate my card without Wi-Fi?
You need an internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) for the initial activation and profile sync. Once complete, the card works independently even without connectivity.
3 What if my card doesn't connect on the first tap?
Clean the back of the card with a soft cloth, restart your phone, and ensure NFC is enabled in settings. If it still fails, contact MMEETT support via the app for a firmware check.
4 Can I deactivate my MMEETT card and re-assign it?
Yes — you can deauthorize the card from your account in Settings. This removes all profile data from the card. A factory reset returns it to a blank state for re-registration.
